The design brief for this project was to upgrade the existing home for a family of 4. Originally, the project included demolishing the rear of the living area and creating a spacious, flowing indoor/outdoor space for large-scale poolside entertaining. As the design progressed, the clients decided to add a new master suite, including a walk-in robe and a luxury bathroom over the existing garage. The existing fibreglass pool needed repair and was also replaced, moving away from the boundary to avoid encroaching on underground infrastructure. The result is a classy home with ample space for both parents and kids to entertain.
